For RADIANT® Infrared Ear Thermometer "THXX9 series".
Do not reuse : Always use a clean, undamaged and new probe cover. Be sure ear canal is clean.
(1) Attach the probe cover to the connection ring.
(2) Align the center of probe cover with the center of probe.
(3) Push the connection ring until the click sound. This means the probe cover has been firmed tightly.► Probe Cover Loader (option)

Pull the loader once to load a new probe cover
The loader will automatically bounce back. A new probe cover will be on the fixer.

1.Why do I get different temperature for continuous measurement? Sometimes in normal, sometimes in lower, sometimes in higher temperature.+
The user and thermometer need to adapt to ambient temperature. The rapid temperature change may cause the inaccurate measurement.
User
Before the measurement, please stay in a stable environment for 5 minutes and avoid exercise, bath for 30mins.
Thermometer
We recommend user to place thermometer indoor for 15 minutes to adapt to temperature and get the correct measurement. -
2.Why do I have to use formal probe cover?+
The quality of formal probe cover is better than the imitation probe cover. RADIANT INNOVATION ear thermometer produce and calibrate with formal probe cover (PC840). In order to keep accuracy, please use formal probe cover (PC840). -
3.Can I measure temperature when I have tympanitis or a wound in my ear?+
To avoid the ear disease worsen, please do not use the thermometer.
